These books, (A to Z Mysteries and Diary of a Wimpy kid sets) will make a difference in my students learning because it will increase their interest during our silent reading time. When the most current and interesting books are available in the classroom, they are more inclined to sit down and begin reading. My students enjoy good stories, but may not be able to afford them personally. If I could supply them at school, they will want to read, and they will be expanding on critical learning skills. Students could conference on books, we could hold class discussions, or we could use them for book reports. The book bench will help us keep our new books organized, and provide a place where students can sit and read.
