These materials will help my students to get some energy out of their systems, while sitting and working. These bands will help the students to bounce in their seats and allow for them to continue working while getting rid of energy. The students enjoy moving around the classroom. Having these bands will allow for them to feel as if they are moving, while still doing work. The bands will help with sixty minutes of exercise a day. Not only will the students be able to continue working on assignments, but they will also be working on building muscles throughout the day.

About my class
