The only problem I am coming across in teaching students away from their desks is that some of my students are sitting on a cold hard floor. My hope is that through DonorsChoose.org, I can acquire carpet squares so that my students will be able to work anywhere.I already use clipboards and allow my students to work where they are comfortable during station work, so these carpet squares will help them be even more comfortable on the floor! My students love to do their work away from their desks! My students will be able to get up and move away from desks with their learning!
