We are a community of 25 very diverse learners! As part of a public charter school, we have both the responsibility and privilege of learning through project-based and socio-emotional lessons. Our classroom reflects our class approach to learning as journeys on the many staircases of education; there are posters on letter recognition and on the parts of speech, safety zones for science experiments, plants that are adapted for many different ecosystems, betta fish to help us learn about animal science and care...even twinkle lights for when our class needs a moment to practice our mindful breathing. We also have our very own classroom library, with leveled books all the way from A to Z!
