My students come to campus full of life and each with his/her own destiny. Fifty-two percent are on free or reduced lunch. Some are gifted, some are average, some have special needs, some are motivated, some are dedicated, and on Mondays some are incapacitated. :-) However, all of them have a creative side even if it has yet to be discovered. Each student is an asset to the learning environment, and is capable of achieving far beyond what he or she may think. Whether rich, poor, highly intelligent, just average, or a little of "All of the above," my goal is to help each student who crosses my path discover his or her true value. Everyone has a gift. It is my job to help my students discover their gifts and teach them how to use the gifts to better their lives and the lives around them.
