Eight teachers in the first two months quit this position. I am a middle school physical education teacher and I am committed to staying and working with these students. The school is located in a very low socio-economic area of California. A lot of these students come from poverty, are foster kids, or have parents in prison. They deserve a chance and equipment that will help them stay physically fit and learn about health and nutrition.
