My classroom is full of students who are hungry to make change and affect their world. In project based classes, students design their own projects using the knowledge taught. This is especially true in my computer science classes, where many of my students do not have computer access at home and have had minimal exposure to computing devices prior to the class. However, students continue to make meaning of their learning and apply their creations to try to solve problems in their everyday lives, through projects like creating mobile apps, small educational games, and projects to facilitate faster digital communication.
