The students will be able to utilize these resources by being able to have materials suited just for them while taking required tests. It is so difficult for the younger students to take their tests when earbuds keep falling out of their ears and their holding them in. I feel that if the students have headphones that fit them properly their test scores will soar. They will not need to focus on keeping the earbuds in but rather on listening to the content that is being read to them. These students deserve the same resources that other students who take this same test receive.
