My 26 learners are full of energy. Having flexible seating will help them to channel that energy into their learning. I have researched flexible seating options and chosen the ones that I think will benefit my students the most. The wobble stools will help students to be able to move while they work, the soft seats and pillows will allow for comfortable seating on the floor. The bands will allow students to sit in traditional seating, but still be able to move. The table will maximize classroom space, it will also be a space for the exercise balls to sit under and allow students to have more room to move. Flexible seating puts children in control of their own learning. I am hoping to have various options so that students can choose which seating option would best meet their needs for the day. It will give my students choice to help them succeed and make learning more engaging!
