Students are required to sit very still throughout the day which doesn't promote a healthy brain. Students learn best when more parts of the brain are actively working. Movement will help increase my students focus and help them become more engaged with the material being taught. Students who used to lean back in their chair love Bouncy Bands because they won't get in trouble or fall back on the floor any more! Students love the tactile sensation and movement instead of feeling forced to sit still for hours. Bouncy bands will help my students focus while moving at the same time! I have seen them in action and know they will work!
