Working upright makes for a better interpretation on a visual plane. It is essential for the most student success. I want my students to create the most excellent work and not be hindered by what I DON'T have in my classroom. The boards and easels would completely change their aesthetics and would, literally, allow them to look up. Learning to paint and draw is always more successful when the work is upright. The boards and easels would allow for that process. In turn, the printer would create another avenue for students to share their work in a variety of ways for themselves, for competition, visual art shows and for college requirements. By providing my young artists with more in the classroom, they will be able to do more with their visual stories. The ultimate outcome is long term success in life. Creativity always opens that door and allows for taking problem solving to the highest levels. My young artists will become the engineers of industry and culture and will become the think tanks that lay foundations for our futures.
