This is an afternoon Kindergarten class in an impoverished neighborhood. 65% of the students qualify for the Free or Reduced School Lunch Program. For many of them, this is their first introduction to being in a school setting. I try to provide experiences that will activity all of the students' multiple intelligence through art, music, movement, stories, and hands on math and STEAM activities. They love to sing, dance, and learn together.

About my class
