Center Time is one of the favorite parts of our day. The students see it as playtime but I know that is time well spent! Every area of child development is addressed through play and I choose our materials carefully to make that play meaningful. Our new light table will be an exciting addition to the materials we use during Center Time. Students can interact with various materials on the light table to explore colors, shapes, shadows, and much more. The light adds an exciting element to the children's exploration and can spark creativity. Not only will we be able to use blocks and other manipulatives with it, but we will also be able to draw, write, and trace on it. We can't wait to get started!
