I teach K-12 Art with some additional Family and Consumer Science courses. My students consist of the grades kindergarten through twelfth grade. I believe that they are creative, inspiring, and thankful. I am lucky enough to have them to learn from. With a new teacher, came a new color of paint for the classroom. I have a lot of the supplies for all sorts of Art projects. Some of them I have never had the opportunity to work with when I was in school, like paper making and mosaics. It has been three years since these kids have had an Art teacher. The school had a para take kindergarten through sixth grade and do Art with them in a shared classroom. Junior High and High School students did not get the option of Art. Since the start of school, I have had many students tell me how excited and happy they are to have Art again. I think I am as excited as they are to be teaching one of my greatest passions.
