Currently, we have one piece of old carpet in my classroom. It is becoming very worn, as it is a favorite place for my students to meet. For the past six years it has served it's purpose, but now it's unraveling at the ends and really showing that it wasn't meant to be a classroom rug. Our new pieces of carpet will be comfortable and welcoming, allowing my students two extra places around the room to work and meet for character building. We are excited to have different places to meet and the opportunity to spread out around our classroom!
