My students are an incredible group of active fourth graders who love to learn. Our school is a Title 1 school, where all students receive free breakfast and lunch. My students are primarily English Language Learner, but have varying backgrounds. They often do not have the experience required to make meaningful connections in today's society. My students have a passion for learning and are extremely hard workers. They are always pushing themselves to be leaders, not only in the classroom, but in the community as well. Their passion for leaning has helped them to set goals for the future. Many of my students see themselves as the next doctor, lawyer, veterinarian, or teacher. I help them to believe that they can be WHATEVER they want, even if people say they can't. Their hopes, dreams, and visions they have for themselves are inspiring, and I couldn't be more proud of them.
