Our broadcast journalism class is responsible for covering our school's most important events- pep rallies, games, concerts, and assemblies. Recently, we have been asked to provide live-streaming coverage of some of these events. However, this request is currently impossible to fulfill due to our lack of mobile equipment. We are requesting portable microphones and tripods to fit the iPads that our class already owns. These items will help our student broadcast program go mobile by live streaming events, quickly editing and producing videos, and uploading content to social media. With this mobility, we will be able to improve our coverage of the important events going on at our school, which will allow us to truly tell our school's unique story and ensure that every voice is heard.
