I teach High School students with learning disabilities in a Title 1 school. My students often come to my room to work on their general ed class assignments or finish their online classes. Our classroom computers are more than 15 years old. It is old and tired. It boots up and connects too long thus using up precious minutes that my students can use working on their assignments. My students can be more productive with more current technology. Your gift of CHROME BOOKS will help my students familiarize, access and use Google Drive and Docs more efficiently. They will gain academic and technical support from the adults in the room more closely and interactively. Their productivity will increase as they become more competent in using updated technology.
