My students live in California far from the lights and glamor of Hollywood. They are a wonderful and creative group of kindergarten - 6th graders. They attend a dual magnet school that has both a math science magnet and a visual and performing arts magnet. We literally celebrate the arts and sciences. My students come from all over our community, with a mixture of the ethnicities and cultures that any town in the west possesses. We have a stage, where many performances are held, throughout the year. Dance, music performances, talent shows, musicals, student productions fill our stage. Our campus has talented and supportive teachers who do their very best to provide countless opportunities for students to find their creative inner strength and abilities. My students have grown in confidence, and skills through the hard work and dedication of those around them within our school community. We celebrate kids teaching
