We know teachers need lots of coffee and prayers to survive! Our students have decided this is a great opportunity to open our own student-ran coffee shop using the materials provided. Our objective of this business is to develop skills these special education students will need to be successful after high school. For our business plan, each student will work in all roles to develop vocational skills by adhering to a weekly work schedule. Students will take coffee orders online using Google Forms. Each morning, students will then carefully deliver the coffee to each teacher's classroom door and collect payment. Students will work on money management skills as they assist their teachers in creating a weekly budget, shopping for supplies, collecting payment, giving change and keeping accurate records.
