My class wants to achieve their dreams! I teach kindergarten in an inner-city Kansas school. My class is made up of students who live in poverty, speak little English, and need special education services and interventions. Despite all of these challenges, my student want to excel and meet their goals in life. Most of our students are failing their state assessments because of their inability to read.
