My role as an instructional coach has given me the opportunity to work closely with some of the best teachers in my parish. My main responsibility to guide and support teachers in curriculum choices, assessmentpractices, and using data to drive instruction to improve student success. I work at a Middle School in Bossier Parish which houses a very diverse group of learners. We have students who are gifted and special needs as well as student who have individual learning plans. The students and staff at my school students are beyond amazing. They are motivated, courteous, kind, dedicated, strong-willed, compassionate, respectful, intelligent, and most importantly eager.
