This project will help my students to learn, create, and perform their original selections of poetry. Students will write, annotate, rewrite, memorize, perform in pairs their poems before performing with the GoPro. The poetry slam boost confidence and passion for each student. The Go Pro will reinforce skills of speaking and listening as well as evaluating that is much need to succeed in school but also in life. My students will be able to participate in the slam, vote, and select winners without missing class in order to perform. Please help my students to see what I already see in them...Excellence!
