These materials would be able to help my students with this current novel study. This would keep each student engaged during class discussion and allow us to reinforce our reading skills with each child having their own copy of a novel. Being a Title One school, our students are not able to buy their own novels. With the help of this donation, our students will have a book to call their own and be able to have ownership and responsibility over their own award winning children's novel. The students will be able to follow along closely with the classroom pace and will be able to engage silently to complete their task.
