Accessible: One of my 3 crammed desktops is sure to not be working on any given day. My reading groups cannot meet their I-station requirements if one is down. I also have 4-5 students/group and only three computers- if they are working. Comfortable: Students are free to move about the room to work on their reading goals with I-pads. It would be beneficial to have students with focusing challenges sit closer to me to work to better monitor them. Individual: I-station meets individual needs and gives me another window into their learning world. This is not possible without enough working computers.
