The Soap Club students are all unique! They are 9-12 graders. Some are brilliant academically, some are talented artist. Some have a learning disability and some are mentors for the 9th grade cohort. Some of the students need the hours to be able to graduate and others are helping collect funds for charity and community service. All of my students are creative, and exceptional and that's what makes the club special. Our students come from diverse backgrounds socially and economically. The look forward every week to our time in the lab. They are proud of the work we are doing and are already making plans for next year. My graduating seniors see it as a first step to life post high school.
