My students are eighty 6th graders attending a charter school in the inner city. We strive to assist our students in higher level thinking through hands on inquiry learning and collaborative thinking! My students love to learn about anything scientific and I have a very difficult time in moving them out of class to their next teacher! They are very curious and are eager to learn and think like scientists! Many are creating ways to help our environment, even though they do not have the means to do so! They are truly young scientists!

About my class
