Using Chromebooks will allow for different structures of learning in my classroom. We will need to research various explorations, migrations, and settlement in North America for social studies. Another way they will be used is in writing various informative, opinion, and narrative reports. We would also like to incorporate the use of our online resources, practicing various math skills for a math center, which would allow me to have activities for both my highest performing and most struggling students. This project would make a difference to help students advance their learning through technology. Our classrooms are not yet at the level technologically to meet their needs as learners. This grant will help to close that gap just a little bit more.
