My students spend more time on the floor or standing than they do at their desks. We have some flexible seating options in our classroom, but not enough for the number of students in our room. These seating options help students be more successful in the classroom, because they are comfortable, stay more focused, and able to wiggle and use up some of the extra energy. Active and fidgety students will benefit from the stability balls, wobble cushions, and wobble stools. These will allow them to use some of their extra energy. Our students are very excited about the possibility of getting new seating options to help them be better learners in the future.
