My students love being able to work in creative ways. Anything I can do to create an assignment that doesn't involve traditional pencil and paper gets my students excited. We need dry erase boards and dry erase markers to work out math problems. My students love being able to use the dry erase board at their seat. I am able to quickly help my students using this tool. It's easy to pass to a group member for peer checking. My students are happy when they use a whiteboard, and I see their confidence build when working out a math problem. My students most commonly use whiteboards for math, but if we had a classroom set of them, we could use them for so much more.
