The amps that I am requesting are meant to create a clear and balanced sound within our musical community. My students constantly create sound but wish to reach a higher level of quality, which is why I am attempting to get them better amps that are meant for their instruments. As a musician, I would like to guide them through this process through my knowledge as a film composer, studio engineer and song writer. With these amps the students will be able to perform for assemblies and events all year round, now and in the future. My hope is that over time, the students will learn about sound (how sound can harmonize or how sound can become dissonant when there isn't any balance involved). Though 8 students will be a part of the performance aspect, the whole school will be able to enjoy the music that is played and even join us on stage if that is something a student wish to do. It is open to everyone.
