My students get to learn at their own pace as I make video lessons for them to watch that they can pause and take notes at the speed that they need. I have a mixture of general education, special education and limited English proficient students in each of my five classes, so they all learn at their own pace. Some students are able to have their own headphones daily, but sometimes those headphones go out. I had a borrowed set of headphones from the Dollar Store, but those are beginning to go out. These would help keep the classroom flow going.
