These materials will make a difference in my students' learning because they will provide exciting and interactive ways to practice reading. My students are enthralled by becoming characters in literature. I would like to provide my students with the opportunity to act out a story, whether it be fictional or nonfictional. I will use these materials to help students engage with their motivation for storytelling through the art of reader's theater. My students will enjoy to see and take part in plays. This will allow them to practice their reading and social skills. In addition, the Whisperphone Select system will allow my challenged readers to practice in a small, quiet group setting before presenting to the class.
