How do you make students excited about learning and want to come to school everyday? The answer is simple, make it as engaging as you can. In my classroom, students are constantly engaged in learning, but I am always seeking new ways to keep them motivated. I teach in a diverse community with an increasing ESL (English as a Second Language) population. The school is located in a low income area and school spending on technology has come to a halt. I am responsible for teaching English and Enrichment to 6th grade students. Without up-to-date technology, it is hard to keep students' attention.
