Band students need 3 basic materials to practice and perform- an instrument in working order, music, and a stand to hold their music. These stands will allow students the best practice and performance opportunities at Riley County Schools. We have several performance opportunities where all students, grades 5 through 12 play together. We have 120 students total in the band program and 64 stands in a variety of working order; we simply do not have enough equipment for all students to see their music and be successful. We appreciate any and all help to make our growing band program flourish.
