Our STEM Club would really like to have a 3-D printer, filaments, and a new laptop. These are materials that most students do not have readily available. We plan on using this printer to learn about what they can do and enhance our engineering and information technology aspects of STEM. As we have read, students can also learn about other aspects of science such as animal or human anatomy if they were to look toward prosthetic designs. Currently, we only have one computer that will allow us to code. It has been difficult allowing these students adequate time to learn how to code with resources this limited. They would really benefit from a second one.
