My students will use these materials to improve on their early learning in math and reading. Areas that will be focused on will be number recognition, simple addition, sight word automaticity, alphabet recognition and phonemic awareness. These fun, interactive, hands-on activities (such as puzzles, games, and activities) will help my students in numerous ways, such as becoming more independent through work stations, feel successful in their learning, taking ownership in their learning and learning in a fun way! Specifically, I plan on using these supplies to create work stations. While I work with two students at a time, the other two-three students can use these interactive supplies to build on academic skills. Students love working with the teacher, but they love working with fun, interactive, academic games even more! =)
