My students are some of the most driven out there. They have a love for learning any teacher would desire to see and they are willing to work to improve. In my classroom, we work hard to make gains each day, especially in reading. As part of a large district composed of primarily low-income schools, we have some of the most passionate educators and administrators. We also have some incredibly bright, talented, and caring children. However, we do see a lack of resources in certain areas. We are so grateful for the materials we have received from Donors Choose. There have been projects my students know about and they have cheered when the boxes arrive to our classroom. Their excitement is contagious and it is a joy to work with them!
