The Makeblock mBot is exactly what my students need to further their understanding of programming. As a teacher, I've exposed my students to programming and they are able to create programs using Scratch. The Makeblock mBot is the next step because it is built and designed by the students. My students experience a great sense of pride and a boost of confidence when they complete a Scratch program. Those feelings will undoubtably be amplified when the can see a robot build from little pieces running their program. That confidence always stays with them and they feel like more things are possible in their educational journey.
