This year we are focusing on STEM based initiatives. By having our own iPad, students can connect to the promethean board and show off their research projects created individually and within groups. Access to a class iPad, pen, and headphones will allow the students to have the world right at their fingertips. Being as though students are constantly learning, an in class iPad, pen, and headphones will allow students to create various multi-media projects and therefore enhance their learning experience. Students will also be able to take snapshots of the things and people of the community to examine while in class. This will help with the world connection while learning and can connect writing with the use of science and technology. The donations for this project will enhance my classroom instruction with the use of technology. It will assist with innovation and creativity of ideas and advance the way students learn and think about learning. The connections to the real world will be endless.
