20 yoga mats will help each Kindergartner to have their own mat space so that these students will be able to connect to their breath and build skills without interfering with others' learning experience. Each day we will roll out these mats to make the most of our classroom and turn it into a soothing, spa-like space. By connecting to the ground and ourselves, the students will become more centered to enter the rest of their academic and collaborative experiences. These mats will also serve as a daily reminder that these students are fostering a well rounded learning style and are learning to know themselves better as people.

About my class
