I am a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. Together, with my colleagues, I work to improve my students' every day living skills through an Integrated Comprehensive Approach. I believe in collaborative teaching and empowering others to help children. Difficulties with pragmatic language (social skills) often go hand-in-hand with other issues including problems with behavior, academic work, sensory processing as well as creating and maintaining relationships with peers and adults. My students often have difficulties with: Interacting appropriately with others. Behavior & participation across settings. Maintaining attention. Self-regulating level of alertness & activity level. Academic achievement. Executive functioning. Your support will help students improve their communication skills.
