Our students love to read! They will use Kindles to read the latest books in their favorite series, the newest book by a favorite author, or a book that has characters that reflect themselves. Several of their favorite series have novellas that are only available in Kindle format. Many of our readers are also writers who write and share stories, fan fiction, and novels; Kindles will enable them to write wherever they are and at any time during the day. They will be able to easily share their writing and have online discussions about the books that they are reading and the stories that they are writing. We need 6 Kindle Tablets to continue to encourage our students to read.
