With the addition of new students, our classroom lacks enough chairs for each student. We would love to be able to use an extra set both for Guided Reading and for every day instruction. Students in these cube chairs are provided a comfortable space to sit in, they identify their matching color with their seat, and they can stay focused in each of their cubed seats. We hope to incorporate more opportunities for students to read on their own and to grant them a space that helps them stay focused. As the year goes on, we hope to continue building our literacy centers with other needed resources.
