Hello! I am the school library media specialist at Batesburg-Leesville Middle School. If my students are to possess the desired world class skills of creativity, innovation, critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, teamwork, media and technology, literacy and STEAM items and experiences are essential for them to live up to the desired profile of the S.C. Graduate adopted by the S.C. State Department of Education. These items and experiences will aid me and other teachers in my school to embody the motto of the school district, which is "Preparing Students for the Future-- Now."
