Teaching government allows great opportunity to bring the world into the classroom. My students would benefit from magazine subscriptions that focuses on political events instead of out of date textbooks. Please help me make a difference by helping me purchase more resources. Upfront magazines allows for students apply concepts learned to events that are currently happpening. The subscription also comes with ancillary materials like videos, common core lesson plans, worksheets, and debates. There are multiple art lives that can be utilized during the month. The students enjoy when they can relate and understand to what is happening in the news.
