Currently, we use cones for goals during our soccer unit. By having nice soccer goals, it may increase student interest in the game of soccer and give them a better understanding how the game is really played. Our soccer balls have major defects in them and are on their last leg. Having new equipment makes the kids eager to participate. Most of the equipment our students are used to participating with are handed down and it would be great to let them experience new equipment. We would like to incorporate team handball this year, to expand our curriculum and give students opportunities for new activities.
