My classroom is full of 18 lively, eager-to-learn kindergartners who love new discoveries! My school is 100% free and reduced school lunch, and our school's zip code is the 2nd poorest in our state. While my students are eager to learn, many have not had opportunities to engage in literacy/numeracy skills prior to coming to school, and many struggle emotionally.
