My students need flexible seating to help them focus on academic tasks. We also want to set up additional seating areas to help students regroup, reflect, and refocus. We want to provide activities that are both engaging and educational. My students have shown a big interest in science and craft activities. The science and materials will be used as rewards for appropriate behaviors and positive peer interactions. The items will provide my students incentives to demonstrate appropriate behaviors during the school day. The items will provide my students areas to relax when needed and educational activities they will be willing to work for. My goal is to support my students in learning methods to improve their school lives now and for the future.

About my class
