Students in my online classes will be given art supply kits to complete projects during remote learning. Most students have no art supplies to work with while navigating the challenges of online schooling. MSA is 100% virtual for the time being, so I am using the funds to create supply kits for my students so they will not have to compromise their work and draw in copybooks. With these art supply kits, our students will have the opportunity to develop portfolios that will empower them to look beyond the limitations of remote learning. Students will be able to use the sketchbooks in these kits as art journals, a place to process all they are going through while learning at home.
